Emotion Based Photography

For any photograph to truly work it must contain one of the following elements

1. mood

2. emotion

3. story

4. optical illusion

5. narrative

So how do you deliver emotion based photography and what does it mean, what does it look like ?

This is a difficult aspect to verbalise but we all know when its lacking in an image. When you look at an image and your first reaction is - AND or SO WHAT.

Thought it was worth sharing some views on emotion in photography and what it looks like. Look at you images and do they contain EMOTION or any of the above . If not then you will never engage with the viewer.
